Kundalini Yoga Classes

Kundalini Yoga classes are dynamic and powerful. It incorporates yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayam), mantras (Nad Yoga, use of sound), mudras (hand positions), relaxation and meditation.

Kundalini yoga balances the glandular system and strengthens the nervous system. Classes are designed to increase circulation, to promote postural alignment, body mobility, endurance and to help regulate breathing.

The empowering technology used in Kundalini Yoga builds self confidence by awakening inner strength and intuition.


It gives the energy to remain calm, clear, centred, graceful and flexible through life’s challenges, changes and stressful situations.

What is Yoga

Sunday classes are based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan merged with therapeutic modalities such as Aromatherapy, Colour-therapy, Chinese, Ayurvedic and Naturopathic Medicine. Therefore, classes are a holistic fusion, targeting general health with a hint of esoteric healing. The classes aim to connect & heal and to prepare you for the week.

You will be served herbal teas, offered aromatherapy oils to use in the energetic areas of the body according to the class theme, learn about esoteric and ancient healing modalities and much more. Sunday classes are like a workshop for a healthy week, as well as, a great yogic practice. 


You will be given a handout with homecare advices containing further information of the class theme, a recommended meditation or pranayam, dietary, Ayurvedic and Naturopathic health advices. All of which can be used during the week to enhance the benefits of the class.


Gong bath Meditation at Bodywise Studio:

A gong bath is a form of sound therapy where the gongs are played in a therapeutic way to bring about relaxation. The term gong bath means that you are bathed in sound waves, there is no water involved, or clothes removed.

All session is done lying down comfortably on the yoga mat. Gong Bath Meditations start with a brief explanation on the benefits of the gong, followed by a progressive muscle relaxation technique and a short breathing exercise, which aims to tune in to the moment, to let it go of the business of the week so that one can make the most of the gong bath experience. Depending on the event we may add another therapeutic modalities, but it will be described on the event's page.

1:2:1 Kundalini Yoga Classes:

A specifically designed Kundalini Yoga class to attend to your requirements. It includes a consultation of Kundalini Yoga Therapy to access your goals and current state of health and wellbeing.

The classes will be an unique health programme that will support you in your journey. It includes a handout with the chosen Kriya, pranayam and meditation. You may choose to go a little further and I can offer you dietary advices to support your programme as well as sound healing and Ayurvedic, Naturopathic and Chinese Medicine therapeutics.
